My client, a large healthcare organisation, currently have an In-House Recruiter opportunity available on a 6-month basis. You will work as part of a large recruitment team covering multiple sites and be responsible for managing a portfolio of vacancies.
- Managing end to end recruitment for several specialist vacancies
- Using a variety of sourcing mechanism to build a pipeline of candidates
- Reviewing CV's and shortlisting appropriate candidates
- Managing the interview process ensuring candidates are given feedback in an appropriate time frame
- Manage the offer process and assist with onboarding
- Help build a social media resourcing strategy for the organisation
- Experience within an in-house or agency recruitment role
- Proven experience using social media to recruit and headhunt
- Detailed knowledge of recruitment processes
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Confident at communicating at all levels
