Talent Manager - Permanent Technology Company Salary up to £50,000
Your new role:
As the Talent Manager you will be responsible for finding and hiring ever more talented people to join the global team. Through various sourcing channels you will ensure new hires are found promptly, are a great match to the technical needs, committed to the organisations core values. In line with the Talent Acquisition strategy, your focus will be on providing a great experience to candidates, managers and the business as a whole
What you'll need to succeed :
Experience in hiring great candidates who grow with the business: hiring already talented people who will continue to grow and develop with the orgainsation as it expands. Accountability for the candidate end to end experience: you will be obsessed with making sure candidates have the best possible experience during recruitment activities, regardless of the outcome for them. Recruitment campaigns: You will need to plan ahead and be flexible in order to meet workload demands Efficiency: you will prioritise campaigns to deliver new hires as needed and as soon as possible, whilst delivering to budget.
You must also be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Interpersonal: excellent communicator, able to build rapport and to influence at all levels
Organisation and prioritisation: highly organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines
Data driven: able to understand, track, interpret and report on key measures and any required improvement initiatives Initiative and problem solving: takes personal responsibility to resolve issues or propose solutions Self-motivated and driven: able to self-motivate to do what's required to deliver goals and results
