Resourcing Business Partner
Core hours 8.45 - 5.15
Due to an internal promotion, a large healthcare organisation based in Coventry are looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to align with two client groups in thier central functions team.
This is a full recruitment role which will include both candidate sourcing and stakeholder management. Your client groups are reletively busy from a recruitment perspective, and you will manage c.40 roles at any one time plus work on pipelineing future talent.
We are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter who is able to build excellent relationships to create client and candidate buy-in. You will understand how to build your client brand and KPIs will focus on quality and service levels.
We are looking for:
In-house recruitment experience in a partnering role where you have liased directly with senior managers
Experience of presenting resourcing solutions to line managers and determining the correct course of action
Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
Ability to adopt different attraction methods via a variety of routes to market - e.g. online, social
Proven experience of driving employer brand
Proven ability to influence at senior levels of management
Ability to analyse recruitment data and trends and determine the correct approach
Current market intelligence and knowledge of best practice resourcing and employment market trends
