My client, a specialist financial services business going through an exciting period of change, currently have a interim vacancy available for a ER Specialist.
This role will be responsible for mitigating employment risk through the effective management of ER working both with the HR team and the broader business. This role encompasses all aspects of employee relations, providing both technical advice and practical execution, to include disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, dismissals and settlements. This role will also be responsible for a number of meaty HR projects.
- Significant ER casemenent experience
- Restructures, redundancies and ideally management buy out experience
- Project management experience
