A fantastic Recruitment Advisor 9 - 12 month maternity cover FTC is available within an international insurance intermediary group in Bedfordshire.

The role reports to the Recruitment Manager and requires the successful candidate to take full ownership of 360 recruitment and on-boarding processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Recruitment Manager with organizing the internal recruitment service across the firm's primary brands

- Advise the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

- Communicate with external agencies within & outside of the PSL

- Ensure that all active roles are advertised on the careers page

- Provide a high touch service to ensure that all candidates have a positive experience

- Monitor and make sure that all Right to Work documentation are completed and returned

Requirements:

- 3 + years of recruitment experience

- Driving license

- Excellent time management and attention to detail

- Relationship development
