I am working with a leading national Charity who now requires an HR Business Partner with an excellent understanding of change management and TUPE processes, to join them on a permanent basis.
As HR Business Partner, your challenge will be to establish and maintain effective partnerships within the business to enable enhanced business performance, capability and motivation. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Organisation Development Directorate, you will support and coach line managers to facilitate effective use of people resources in meeting business aims and ensure best practice in people management.
This will include:
Initiating the consultation process with new organisations to ensure smooth and timely transfer of employment
Planning and managing the successful integration of new organisations/services.
Proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to working practises that deliver efficiencies in staff deployment and utilisation.
Working with the business to identify areas for change, helping to define business rationale and providing advice and support throughout the change process
Contributing to the development and implementation of people projects as part of the People Strategy
To succeed as an HR Business Partner in this fantastic role, you'll need:
To be CIPD qualified at Member status (or working towards)
An up to date knowledge of UK HR practice and employment law
To be highly organised with experience of managing a variety of different change projects simultaneously and through to conclusion.
Excellent influencing and coaching skills
Experience of handling mergers and acquisitions and large scale TUPE activity
Proven experience of managing, planning and implementing complex change
An approachable nature, collaborative way of working and the verbal and written communication skills required to gain the credibility at all levels
Experience of providing high level guidance and support to managers in multi-site, multi- disciplinary teams
A willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally stay away from home overnight. This role covers multiple locations in London, the East of England and Midlands.
