My client, a Multi-Academy Charitable Trust with ambitious plans for growth now requires a talented HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a key role designed to enable the delivery of the Trust's plans as well as support and partner managers at all levels across the Trust. The HR service is developing towards a consultancy model supported by transactional services to the Schools across the Trust and this role will play a key part in this transition. As HR Business Partner you will provide a proactive business as usual HR service as well as support on a range of organisational-wide projects. This will include:
Supporting projects across the Trust e.g. TUPE, restructures
Developing policies, procedures and toolkits to enable managers to manage independently
Building manager confidence and capability in resolving people management challenges
Enabling managers to deliver business priorities effectively
Providing a pro-active HR service that adds value
Developing and delivering management skills training
Setting up and running an Apprenticeship scheme
This role requires a versatile HR professional who will thrive is a small, friendly, hardworking team. As an experienced HR professional who can hit the ground running, you will demonstrate a passion for the value great HR practice can bring to an organisation. We are also looking for someone who is a confident communicator with a sound understanding of employment law; CIPD qualification preferred or a willingness to study for this.
