HR Advisor - Accountancy

A top Accountancy firm based in Central London and with wider regional offices across the UK are recruiting for an HR, Talent & Development Advisor to join their team. Reporting and supporting directly the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Head of HR to provide oversight and management of the Firm's performance and talent management processes

  • Executing a pragmatic and impactful communication framework

  • Driving communication and engagement initiatives across numerous offices

  • Driving process improvement projects and streamlining activities

  • Providing generalist support on a range of HR and employment issues

  • Delivering on-going performance management reviews and coaching internal clients

  • Proving mentoring and coaching to the team

As the HR, Talent & Development Advisor you will possess:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong analytical mind-set and comfortable working with numbers

  • Exposure to complex Employment Relations issues

  • Strong organisational skills along with good working knowledge of MS Office

  • Strong attention to detail
