A leading global law firm based in The City are looking for a Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Advisor to join the London HR team. Reporting into the Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Manager, the Advisor will support the delivery of the firm's international strategy and be responsible for delivering internal and external initiatives. As the Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the CR & Diversity Manager in developing and delivering the firm's international Corporate Responsibility strategy by giving expert advice and co-ordinating programmes and projects aligned to the firm's priorities

  • Producing Corporate Responsibility & Diversity award submissions, external benchmarking and reporting

  • Managing the firm's annual CR review and awards event

  • Leading Corporate Responsibility supplier engagement and partnering initiatives

  • Managing the charitable foundation application process and liaising with internal and external stakeholders and charitable organisations

  • Planning and delivering internal and external Corporate Responsibility & Diversity events

  • Supporting Manager to develop and deliver training materials to build knowledge, awareness and understanding of diversity issues

  • Managing annual diversity monitoring process and providing analysis of the firm's demographics

  • Producing Corporate Responsibility responses for pitches

  • Liaising with the firm's employee network groups on planning, resourcing and implementing initiatives

  • Coordinating internal Corporate Responsibility communication plan including CR blogs, CR notices, updating intranet and website content

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key Corporate Responsibility blogs, notices, updating intranet and website content

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts, community partners, external organisations and formal bodies to understand emerging issues

  • Supporting the delivery of the firm's international strategy

  • Supporting the delivery of the firm's core social inclusion programme

  • Working with the Manager, Resourcing Manager, Graduate Recruitment & Development Manager, HR Director and other key stakeholders to establish the firm's employer brand, ensuring this is communicated effectively and aligned to priorities

  • Supervising the HR Team Administrator

As the Corporate Responsibility & Diversity Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong academics, ideally to degree level

  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant Corporate Responsibility & Diversity experience, preferably within Professional Services

  • Good knowledge and awareness of best practice relating to Corporate Responsibility & Diversity and social inclusion

  • Good knowledge of employment law and policy

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Strong IT skills

  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
