HR Management Information Analyst

A global financial services organisation in Birmingham are looking for a HRMI Analyst. Working within a team of four, you will align to the Reward function of HR and report on data for workforce compensation globally.
This is an extremely fast paced and complex role, requiring you to read, analyse and report on numerous data streams across a number of different platforms. We are looking for someone with a background in MI reporting in a large organisation (over 10,000 staff) who can work self sufficiently with this type of data.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excelled in a technical MI role
Dealt with complex systems in a significantly sized business, across numerous countries
Worked with Access databases
Ideally have had exposure to BI platforms
