£28,000 - £30,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, a British online food delivery organisation based in the City. They require an experienced HR administrator with Workday experience to join on a temporary basis.

Reporting into the HR Workday lead, duties will include:

  • Managing shared HR inbox, taking ownership of enquiries, answering, resolving or escalating when required from all levels of the business

  • Policy and procedure guidance, and dealing with day to day queries (including queries from managers)

  • Probation administration including discussing with managers/employees - confirming or managing extensions

  • Responsible for the maintenance, update and data integrity of HR system (Workday) including all employee data changes

  • Managing the employee lifecycle; new joiners, and leavers - processing through Workday

  • Recruitment support in creating new acquisitions through Workday

  • Assisting with any interview scheduling/administration required

  • Monthly input of pay related transactions through Workday

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Workday experience is required

  • Flexible and collaborative approach, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic and busy environment

  • Innovative thinking with a passion for solving and owning problems

  • Strong customer service experience, positive, friendly customer-focused approach

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written

  • A proactive and driven approach

  • Confident in multi-tasking and dealing with data in high volumes
