Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, your passion for developing modern, business focussed solutions and enabling leaders to be the best they can be will help shape the leadership development agenda. You'll create the innovative, integrated and practical frameworks to accelerate learning and positively impact on delivery across the organisation strategy. You will also work collaboratively across the function and diverse organisational boundaries, translating organisational insights and future workforce needs into inspiring and practical interventions at all leadership levels.

In addition to your proven experience and significant technical expertise in Leadership and Management development at all levels, you will be adept at managing complex projects and developing and delivering impactful solutions. You know how to design and develop leadership assessments, use psychometric tools and evidence the success of your interventions. Practical experience in learning and business needs consulting and a talent for designing and facilitating highly engaging development interventions is also required.
