A public sector company based in Taunton is looking for a HR Officer to a join their HR team in a period of restructuring until February 2019.
Your new role
You will join the HR team and support the business on an operational level. You will be working as a Generalist HR professional on a number of different projects including change, ER and redundancies.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a Generalist HR professional with at least a Level 3 CIPD. You will need to have change, ER and redundancy experience. You will need to have excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.
