Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work as part of a team on either a part time or full time basis.
Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy team providing broad HR generalist and employee relations support to Managers.
You will be providing day to day operational guidance to managers on a range of activities including employee relations, change, policy & process.
Key tasks include
- Providing a proactive and best practice HR Advice to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including issues such as grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability and investigations.
- Support and engage with specific projects relating to employee engagement, attendance and others
- Provide operational HR Advice and support to managers and employees
Were seeking experienced HR Advisors who have a background of larger scale complex businesses with a strong knowledge and application of employee relations, supporting managers with proactive HR services.
You will need to be qualified Chartered HR Professional (CIPD) with level 7 qualification and experience of delivering quality HR services to managers including handling a variety of employee relations case work and support for change programmes.
This role is offered on either a part time basis or full time depending on the individual. 6 - 12 months contract.
