Your new role
As an Interim HR Project Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and improving the HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle across onboarding, induction, engagement and recruitment in a multi site business.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, it is essential that you have worked in a generalist remit within a fast paced consumer led business where you will have reviewed HR processes and written recommendations. You will have experience of delivering HR transformation programmes as well as an understanding and experience of handling high volume recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent influencing skills and strength of character, with the personal qualities of tenacity and resilience required to be effective as well as having the ability to analyse complex situations and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders, adjusting your style to suit.
It is essential that you are flexible to travel as required and that you can drive to client sites. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice.
