Recruitment Administrator - Birmingham
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced administrator to join a well-known professional services firm working as part of their recruitment function. Reporting into the recruitment manager you will have responsibility for coordinating interviews, advertising vacancies and liaising with agencies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing the ATS system ensuring all applications are responded too in a timely fashion
- Managing diaries of internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews
- Advertising vacancies
- Assisting with recruitment events
- Assist with the onboarding administration of new starters
- Recruitment administration experience either in agency or in a professional services environment
- Must have diary management experience
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
