My client, an instantly recognisable retail brand, is seeking an interim Head of Employment Policy on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the Employment Policy CoE, driving the development of employment policies that support the overall people strategy and leading the delivery of expert advice on employment issues and change programmes.
You will have a strong understanding of employment policy to provide expert advice to business leaders on complex ER issues as well as broader business change programs as well as working with colleagues to identify key metrics to enable policy and process improvements.
This is an urgent role and requires someone to start in December. The client can offer flexible working and, potentially, part-time working also but you need to have strong employment law knowledge ideally within a retail environment.
