Senior Compensation & Benefits Associate

An International Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking to hire a Senior Reward Associate on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Global Head of Reward & the Head of HR, the Senior Reward Associate will be required to manage both compensation & benefits across the UK and Internationally. Competitive salary on offer. Other responsibilities will include:

  • Playing a vital part in the year end comp process

  • Supporting on compensation projects

  • Preparation of reporting for regulators, including MRT, Gender Pay and Pillar III submissions

  • Ad hoc reporting and analytics

  • Preparation of buyout calculations for new hires

  • Process joiners and leavers (benefits enrolment, notifying brokers, requesting premium debits or credits, updating benefit trackers)

  • Manage benefits renewal (review initial proposals from broker, highlight errors in information, request further back-up and discounts to premium, present recommendations to Global Reward team)

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience working in reward

  • Experience working in Financial Services, preferably Investment Banking, is essential

  • Knowledge of UK & International benefits plans and experience managing annual compensation reviews is essential

  • Proficient user of excel (pivots/V lookups)

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbally

  • Interest in reward and comfortable operating in a standalone capacity in London
