Your new company
Your new company is a large organisation based in Ipswich. The organisation covers a number of areas across the UK and are now looking for a full time, permanent HR Advisor to join their ever growing team.
Your new role
You will be reporting directly to the HR Vice President providing support on a number of HR projects to drive change and development within the organisation. Alongside this you will take the lead on the recruitment of the organisation coordinating recruitment needs and developing the current recruitment processes in place.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant you will have or be working towards a CIPD qualification and have experience working autonomously within a similar role.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 p.a, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free on site parking, work laptop and mobile phone among other benefits.
