Oakleaf are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Facilitator to join a growing Luxury retail company in London. This is an exciting role with an immediate start working for an exciting brand with lots of new store openings across the globe. The role supports the Education and HR Team to drive the learning and development through enhancing the businesses skills and knowledge. It also supports talent development and enables succession planning for the business. This is done through cross functional business partnering to establish training needs required, the development and design of content to support the delivery of engaging training, which results in change in behaviour of team members attending.
You will be confident at building relationships with individuals from other work groups to coordinate internal resources and accomplish shared goals. You would be responsible for gaining the commitment from individuals in other work groups to take action that will create mutual benefit. Confident providing instore coaching support for retail teams and develop coaching skills of store and regional management teams.
To be successful in this role you will need to be effective at building relationships, have experience coaching and developing talent, you will need to have some experience within retail or an FMCG business.
