Oakleaf Partnership have a superb opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to work for a niche international consultancy business.
This role will have two reports and a seat on the HR Leadership team. The primary objectives are to develop and implement strategies and programmes for the Group and to regionally lead the talent development agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying global learning and development needs
Leading on development of global learning solutions to support those needs
Leading global leadership development initiatives
Managing and enhancing performance management and e-learning systems and processes
Manage the Talent team and oversee their personal and professional development
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:
Strong ability in strategic and operational design and development of learning practices
Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in an international environment
Previous experience of professional services desirable.
