Our client is an award winning professional services and advisory firm with a network of regional offices in the UK. A need has arisen to appoint a Senior HR Manager who will lead a generalist HR team in providing a first class HR advisory and operations service to the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources and managing a team of HR generalists, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of HR deliver the annual people strategy for the firm.
The role offers fantastic breadth and in addition to contributing to a diverse range of people related projects including Wellness, CSR and Diversity & Inclusion, you will be responsible for business partnering two dedicated fee earning practice groups.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, have a track record of managing and developing colleagues and bring excellent employment law knowledge and strong technical HR skills capturing recruitment, talent management and the use of HR technologies.
