Your new role
As an HR Change Partner (Permanent), you will report to an HR BP and will be part of an HR team, who are responsible for purely managing change projects, the end-end project management, this includes projects relating to: TUPE In and TUPE Out, redundancies, changes to hours etc, you will be responsible for attending all project meetings and conference calls and managing all communication and updates on all HR projects, you will be there to advise and guide on all HR projects but won't be required to conduct consultations, you will however be required to deliver training on HR best practice on disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, redundancies and TUPE. You will also be required to assist with high risk ER cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at Senior HR Advisor level and must have experience assisting with Redundancy and TUPE projects, ideally you will have worked in a Retail, FMCG or Service Industry environment. This role will involve travel to Birmingham once a week and travel to London on average once every other week.
