Our client are a national organisation at the forefront of information and safety who are looking for a Senior HR Employee Relations Adviser. If you have experience dealing with complex employee relation cases in addition to a passion for Diversity and Inclusion, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role is a 12 months FTC based in Milton Keynes. If you have experience of leading on complex ER, whilst providing expert advice and support to managers, then this could be great next step for you. Project and management experience is essential as you will lead and motivate a team of seven, whilst becoming involved with numerous HR projects. A desire to create, develop and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives is also important, as you will lead on this key area.

About the role
This is an incredibly varied and interesting role, within a supportive and progressive team. Whilst there is a large focus on ER, you will be involved in a breadth of initiatives and projects including, TUPE, talent management and organisational change. A good work life balance, health and welfare is very important to this organisation.
Continuous improvement is a key priority for this organisation and you will be responsible not only meeting KPI's, but also identifying areas for improvement and working within the team to realise these.
You will also have responsibility for welfare provision, staff returning to the UK and occupational health services. Engagement and welfare is high on the agenda, so you will also be involved with this important area.
