My client, a global financial services business based in the city, currently have a Recruitment Operations Specialist Role available to cover a period of maternity.

As a part of the International Talent Acquisition Operations Team this role will help the business attract the best talent by providing subject matter expertise around technology, vendor management and outsourcing, process improvement, business control and project/change delivery management.

  • Ensure the Talent team are provided with the necessary tools and system access to perform their roles, including system access reviews
  • Support TA teams with usage of vendors - advising on processes to source, on-board, manage and pay vendors effectively
  • Support team training and upskilling activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement that help to drive Diversity and Inclusion
  • Maintenance of TA process documentation
  • Assist with ad hoc audit activity
  • Assist with the monitoring of processes, identify issues and drive improvement
  • Driving a culture of risk identification and management
  • Maintenance of headcount roster
  • Produce data and reports to support the management of the TA function
  • Assist with managing and developing International Talent policies, contracts, programs and guidelines, facilitating changes and required approvals
  • Support project work as required, both at a regional and global level

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience within a Human Resources function, ideally within a Recruitment Support role
  • Workday experience is desired
  • Detailed knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Efficient organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple competing priorities
