Learning & Development Administrator

A fantastic 12-month Learning & Development Administrator opportunity is available within an established relationship bank in Central London.

The role requires the successful candidate to support the Digital Learning Manager in monitoring, managing and maintaining the operational performance of the Learning Management System.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor, manage and maintain the daily operational performance of the Learning Management System

- Proactively examine the e-learning courses to ensure that the content is available when requested and required

- Professionally provide support and training over the phone, email & in person

- Ensure that all Learning & Development administration tasks are completed within a strict timeline

Requirements:

- 1-year experience in a Learning & Development role

- Confident with strong communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

- Experience of financial or professional services environments
