This role sits within a large Media company, operating under one of the largest multinational advertising and PR companies in the world.
Your new role
This is an interim role with the potential to go permanent. You will be reporting to the Senior HRBP, supporting the HR Functions for a large headcount. You will be dealing with performance-related issues - e.g. redundancy programs, equal pay claims, and a medium volume of ER for the business.You will also support with the rolling out of the new Workday system as well as taking part in HR Adhoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR professional with ideally 3-5 years of experience. You will be a self-starter and be familiar with HR Systems - preferably Workday or something similar. Media industry experience is not essential but preferable.
