Head of Reward

Oakleaf are working with a global Financial Services organisation. They are looking for a Head of Reward on an initial 6 month contract.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a team of 6

  • Establishing processes and policies underpinning the compensation cycle for all locations and managing its delivery in a challenging environment

  • RemCo, drafting papers and presenting on agenda items

  • Managing long term incentive scheme and any changes to the existing plan

  • Gender pay reporting

  • Responsibility for Executive compensation planning

  • Liaising with the Senior Management population on all compensation policies and processes.

  • Year end compensation process
