A leading professional services firm located in Birmingham are looking for an experienced recruiter or experienced legal professional looking for a career change to join their in-house team. Based in the centre of Birmingham you will work with an in-house recruitment team to offer a proactive recruitment service across the business. You will be responsible for managing several vacancies and work in a full 360 recruitment position managing the process from initial adverting through to offer stage.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Advising senior stakeholders on all recruitment activities
  • Adverting and managing vacancies
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates this involves conducting initial telephone screenings
  • Using various sourcing and selection tools to ensure access to the best candidates
  • Offer insight and methods of improvement into the firms recruitment practices


  • Previous experience resourcing for senior roles in a professional services environment
  • Experience using a variety of recruitment tools (e.g LinkedIn & ATS systems)
  • Confident communicating at all levels

We are ideally looking for someone who is an experience recruiter or alternatively someone in a legal position who is looking for a career change and interested in developing a career in recruitment.
