Relationship & Development Manager
One of the world's largest and fastest growing legal consultancies are looking to recruit a Relationship & Engagement Manager as part of their global growth strategy. This flexible legal services business has ten offices and over 600 people worldwide and are innovative with a groundbreaking approach within the legal industry.
You will be responsible for managing relationships of a team of approximately 50-60 lawyers. As part of the wider lawyer engagement team of ten you'll have plenty of support and guidance but will also need to work autonomously to get things done. This team are passionate about people and you'll be primarily focused in a key role ensuring the businesses lawyers have the best possible experience.
As the successful candidate you'll take ownership for:
Developing long-standing relationships with a pool of lawyers.
Dealing with lawyer enquiries to cover the various stages of their assignment process.
Utilising authentically strong relationship management skills to make a positive impact
Holding rate review discussions and managing expectations on assignment
Preparing lawyer documentation, contracts and information.
Supporting the lawyers with relevant know-how requests.
Maintaining accurate records during key milestones of the assignment lifecycle.
Ensuring systems are up to date with relevant contact and other information.
Collating feedback from the Client Solutions team and sharing feedback with our lawyers.

You will ideally be:
Educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience.
Confident providing accurate administrative support in an often fast paced environment.
Proactive in your approach to completing tasks and commercially aware
Able to quickly gain credibility and respect from highly qualified professionals.
Naturally positive in your demeanor and always happy to go the extra mile.
Creative and open-minded to find a solution even if it's not what's obvious.
Effective with your communication skills to ensure clients and lawyers are offered the best service.
