Oakleaf Partnership are retained with a global Technology business recruiting for a Head of Compensation for their EMEA regions. This role will be reporting directly into the Head of Reward and responsible on leading the design and implementation of the compensation strategy across their largest and most complex territories.
This opportunity will be predominantly based in their Maidenhead office, however should central London easy your commute, they are also offer two days a week working from their London office if required.
Our client is a fast paced, growing, global firm which will require the successful candidate to be able to deliver in a demanding high tech environment. Ideally, you will have worked as part of a global team previously, and able to take full ownership of the EMEA regions. Although you will be leading on the reward agenda for this region, you will also be expected to work closely with your global counterparts in ensuring some degree of consistency across the global.
This position will be standalone, managing all compensation responsibilities, and as such the successful candidate needs to be comfortable and capable of delivering on the operational elements of the role as well as collaborating strategically, and taking initiative on picking up and executing business critical reward projects.
Your role will play a crucial role as part of the EMEA Leadership team, where you will be not only delivering on the business as usual elements, such as reviewing market data, leading on comp cycles, working with BP's and presenting new compensation initiatives, you will also be responsible for leading on matters regarding collective agreements, Workday projects, collaborating with sales teams to create new sales initiatives and structures.
