Your new role
Working as HR Business Partner and part of a larger HR team, you will be supporting operational managers across a variety of HR issues such as case management, ER, performance management and recruitment and selection. Alongside this you will be running a specific project which will involve rolling out a series of HR toolkit sessions, aimed at up-skilling line managers to better deal with issues such as sickness, performance management and casework.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has supported operational business units in a full generalist capacity. Alongside this you should have the ability to present in front of small groups and on a one to one basis.
