Your new role
This is a newly created Senior HR Manager role where you will ensure the company's employees are well trained, engaged and productive. Your duties include but are not limited to creating hiring plans for front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff, screen, interview and evaluate candidates through to job offers and employment contracts. You will also calculate payroll basic data, liaising with the payroll handlers, assist in designing, implement and manage compensation and benefit packages to increase retention, inductions and job-related trainings for all employees and helps deliver relevant sections in relation to the same, track key recruiting metrics, such as turnover rates, sources of hire, training progress, etc. and ensure all staff (floor and admin) complies with applicable health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced HR Manager, preferably with exposure to both hospitality and back office
industries, with proven track record of HR management and growth. Hands-on experience with recruiting for junior, senior, seasonal and part-time positions. You would have good knowledge of regulations around flexible types of employment, familiarity with the ACAS Framework, payroll procedures, curriculum databases and recruiting platforms.along with excellent people skills.
