Senior HR Advisor
Your new role
As the Senior HR Advisor it will be your responsibility to pick up the majority of the complex ER casework within the business.
The casework within this business is very varied and you will need to have experience in dealing with disciplineries, grievance, performance management etc. You will need to have a very varied knowledge and be comfortable and confident in delivering advice on a wide range of casework.
This role will also require you to be proactive in going out in to the business to coach and advise managers and a range of lower level issues and queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working in an advisory style role previously as well as having experience advising on a wide range of casework.
You must have experience in advising line managers on a wide range of issues as well as experience dealing with complex casework.
You must have exceptional employment law knowledge as well as employee relations knowledge and you must be up to date on general HR policies.
The business is heavily unionised and so having some experience working with unions would be advantageous however it is not essential.
This role is offered on a 3 Month basis initially and will be paying up to £35,000. There is potential for this role to go on longer than the initial 3 months.
