Global Reward Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global healthcare business based in Maidenhead recruiting for a Global Reward Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Director of Global Reward, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on the reward strategy on a global basis.

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have a good capability on total reward, covering all aspects of both compensation and benefits, and it is important you have a proven track record of covering international markets, and that you appreciate the nuances of each location.

Working closely with the director of Global Reward, you will be responsible for both the design and communication of compensation guidelines and analysis. You will be supporting on the job evaluation methodology and lead on the job levelling and career path framework projects, take a lead role in creating reliable international market data and benchmarking material. Support on the international performance management process and annual pay review.

The benefits aspects of the role will involve taking a leading role on the design of companywide benefits schemes, the management of such schemes including the management of vendor relationships whilst managing the annual enrolment and renewals. Our client has lots of exciting challenges and projects in the pipeline on the benefits side.

The successful candidate will be strong on both operational and strategic elements of the role, with a solid capability of building strong, senior stakeholder relationships across a matrix structured business.
