HR Analyst

A global financial services business currently have an HR Analyst (Change & Projects) position available on a 6 month basis. The HR Operations team ensure that the firms processes, systems, data and analytics underpin the HR operating model in order to aid a great service. This role will focus on Change Initiatives and Projects.

Duties:

  • Work with a project manager for development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs
  • Co-ordinating with the project manager to ensure that the activities required for the overall project/program are completed in line with the plan/framework
  • Documenting business requirements and business processes
  • Provide input, where possible, into the development of policies and procedures
  • To create and manage governance documentation end to end for all projects
  • Provide end user training and updates to training materials
  • Engaging with business SME's to gather requirements through workshops and user interviews
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for change caused by projects and change efforts
  • Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change
  • Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
  • Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings
  • Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders
  • Identify performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare reports
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their issues, help identify areas and opportunities for improvement

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent track record during past work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office i.e. complex MS Excel functions, business presentations, MS project etc
  • Knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), to facilitate negotiations
