HR Assistant

This opportunity will give you a great start into Human Resources. You will be working alongside a small team of Professionals, offering you wide exposure into a generalist HR role. The team is collaborative and hardworking, they are looking for someone who is passionate and eager to learn.

The role itself encompasses a wide variety of HR functions. You'll be responsible for assisting with the joiner and leaver process, this includes sending reference requests as well as being responsible for handling the leaver documentation and scheduling exit interviews. The role will be to support the team with administrative HR duties, including; handling all required general HR documents, updating staff personnel changes, and ensuring leaver files are up-to-date and complying with GDPR. You'll also be responsible in assisting in other areas such as; recruitment, L&D administration, and absence management.
