Senior HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work for our client, a specialist, entrepreneurial financial services business based in the City.
As Senior HRBP, you will partner senior Leaders within the European and Asia business in their growth strategy as well as lead on various people related projects across the region. Reporting into Head of HR for the region you will lead business change.
Key responsibilities will include:
Proactively drive HR solutions taking into account strategic priorities and business planning cycles
HR Regulatory lead on GDPR and support Head of HR, EU & Asia in the execution of the Senior Manager's Certification Regime.
Accountable for the management and delivery of immigration matters, across UK, Netherlands and Asia.
Lead on the UK Graduate Programme; design and implementation.
Demonstrating high level expertise relating to employee relations to enable high performing and engaged teams.
Relationship management and strategic oversight with key benefit vendors in EU & Asia.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Company policies and procedures.
Supporting change management initiatives.
As the successful candidate, you will have sound technical experience as a HRBP and have ideally experience within a small to medium sized Private Equity or Asset Management business.
