In House Recruitment Partner

This is an opportunity to join a company with a heritage spanning over 100 years! Oakleaf are partnering a business that operates across the UK and has a significant market presence in the logistics and utility services sector. They are looking to hire an In house Recruitment professional to work as part of a small team, managing the operational resourcing delivery across the group, ensuring all activity for area is delivered in line with business expectations.

As the successful applicant you will focus on driving a proactive, professional, and cost effective solution, driving direct recruitment and increasing line manager capability to recruit and drive an increase in quality of hire. You will work with key stakeholders and recruiting managers across all divisions and central functions, providing an internal recruitment service and managing relationships with agencies.

You will be experienced in building relationships within the business to ensure the Internal recruitment team are the first point of contact for all recruitment needs. It is likely that you will have experience within a RPO service provider or an in-house resourcing role. It will be an advantage if you have recruited into sales functions, but we would also like to hear from you if you have recruited into Customer Service, Operations and or corporate functions like HR, Marketing, finance.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to deliver complex resourcing solutions for both volume and specialist resourcing including; attraction strategy design and delivery (online and offline) and employer brand proposition. There is an opportunity for occassional travel to any one of their 100 sites, as well as an opporunity to work from home regularly (1-2 days per week) and a mature approach to flexible working hours.
