Oakleaf are working with an exciting Tech Company based in the heart of London's city centre. The company has employees who work in a variety of locations in the UK and abroad. They are looking for a HR Business partner to join them on a 1 year Maternity fixed term contract. You will be based in London at the head office and you will be reporting to the Head of HR.
The client is looking for a HR Business Partner for a 12 month maternity cover in the London HR team who will deliver efficient, commercially focused HR advice and solutions across the business. Working in an international environment and supporting the Head of HR with the following:
Manage HR practices in line with UK and international legislation and best practice, ensuring policies uphold principles of fairness, equality and diversity.
Line Management for the team HR Administrator.
Provide wide-ranging support and advise on, recruitment, talent management, induction, performance management, Employee Relations issues to a range of stakeholders across organisational units.
Build and maintain effective teamwork and credible relationships with stakeholders and external service providers across business areas to deliver value-adding solutions within a fast moving environment.
Ensure there is alignment of initiatives and policies across organisational units to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Establish, communicate and report on clear metrics and deliverables to drive continuous improvement and organisation performance.
Proactively support and build managers capability with continuous coaching and mentoring.
Drive organisational change management.
Building the proposition and reputation of HR across the organisation.
To deputise for the Head of Human Resources where appropriate.
Take ownership for creating and continuous improvement of HR processes.
To assist with the implementation and launch of the new HR System Workday. Responsible for training managers/employees, system testing, daily management etc.
The role includes travelling to other UK offices on a regular basis to liaise with stakeholders and provide local HR support. The role also includes some international travel.
CIPD qualification or degree level qualification with significant experience of HR.
