Recruitment Coordinator

Due to internal promotion you will join the Resourcing team on a permanent basis and will be responsible for resourcing and recruitment support across all business areas including both Legal and Business Services recruitment on a national basis.

You will be responsible for undertaking all interview coordination and tracking of processes, you will carry out skills testing on fee earning candidates and be responsible for issuing all relevant offer letter and contract paperwork. You will provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and a consistent point of contact, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders. You will work within a team and support each other through busy periods.
