An international data insights business require an extremely switched on junior HR Business Partner to join them on an FTC basis for 3-6 months. This is to assist with a busy period of time for the HR department. Reporting into the HR Director and senior HR Business Partner, you will be integral in offering HR operational support and employee relations advice.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting on significant culture and organisational change projects

  • Coordinating hire proposals for the UK brand

  • Producing audit reports for Finance + processing bonus payment

  • Ensuring processes are managed within Workday

  • Stakeholder management - creating positive working relationships with internal clients

  • Resolving employee relations challenges - providing expert HR advice and coaching of line managers

Experience/skills:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent

  • Previous experience working within an Ulrich style model, and with a shared service centre is desirable

  • Experience supporting a media/tech business would be great

  • Knowledge of Workday

  • Intermediate excel skills is important

  • Confidence in stakeholder management

  • Experience in working on a variety of employee relations cases

This would be a great role for an experienced advisor, looking for a step up. As this role is an FTC, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
