We are seeking to recruit a talented 'Head of HR Operations' to support our clients HR agenda with specific focus on delivery of key HR projects and the management of a regionally based HR Support Services, Employee Relations and Business Partner team.
Our client is a UK based, multi sited business with an employee base of circa 5000. Full details will be provided upon successful application.
Having operated in a similar large scale business, in a commercially driven 'hands on' role for a number of years, you will have evidenced your coaching and development skills and your ability to be a 'subject matter expert' and trusted advisor to your colleagues, employees and C-suite individuals alike.
As a 'Head of HR Operation's' you will have managed and executed a number of key HR projects that have successfully impacted on the people agenda and fully understand the benefit of working out in the field with your HR team and wider employee groups. Providing insight through HR data analytics to the board that evidence the HR activity levels and resultant achievements will clearly show the HR agenda is positively supporting key business strategic goals.
You will be a highly engaging and effective communicator with extensive operational HR experience, CIPD qualified with the ability to work in a fast paced, people focused, data hungry environment whilst enjoying influencing business change and possessing excellent people management skills.
