An established and successful business in the heart of Chelmsford Town Centre are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team, supporting Head of HR and a HR Officer.
Your new role
Your job will be to support the HR team assisting with recruiting, writing job advertisements, liaising with third party suppliers for interim support, filtering and shortlisting through CVs and assisting line managers with recruitment needs. Keeping all HR records up to date and being the first point of call for an HR queries. Managing sickness absence and participating in any HR projects. Managing and sourcing trading providers and updating training and HR systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous HR admin experience and ideally studying towards CIPD.
