The successful candidate will have an IT background and have experience recruiting into an international market and have have both operational recruitment experience with exposure to strategic elements such as talent planning.
Reporting to the HR Manager, while this role will be operational there will be strategic elements to contribute to the development of the talent strategy.
Direct sourcing and experience hiring into an international market are a must. While this role will be responsible cross-discipline hires, knowledge of the industry is required to aid salary bench marking and hiring trends
