Your new role
Joining an L&D team of 5 in this newly created role, you will take part in extensive Training Needs Analysis, you will be responsible for Designing & Delivering non- technical training You will have ownership and responsibility of your own areas of the firms training program. You will be heavily involved in the firm running out a new LMS.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have have experience working within an L&D function within professional or financial services. You will be an engaging presenter and have a passion for people development. You will be either looking to step up into an officer level role, or already be working at this level.
