A leading fast food company with offices in North London arelooking for a Reward Analyst to join their wider Human Resources and Personnel team:

To provide specialist Reward related advice to employees, managers and HR Operations

To support the Reward Manager with managing the cyclical Reward calendar for the UK

To manage various Reward related projects

To manage the continuing development of our employee benefits and recognition programmes ensuring that our offering remains competitive and attractive

To manage job matching and input into annual salary surveys

To provide job evaluation and benchmarking advice

To support the Reward Manager in other aspects of reward and benefits activities

Profile

Experience reqyuired for the Reward Analyst role:

Reward experience in a large and complex organisation

Experience of supporting and/or managing annual reward processes

Highly analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail

Demonstrate strong project management across a number of concurrent projects

Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally, strong team player

Experience of job evaluation and market benchmarking, preferably previous experience using Willis Towers Watson benchmarking methodology/ tools

Proven experience of analysing large volumes of data, identifying trends and translating into key messages which are understood by stakeholders

Experience of company pension schemes (preferable)

CIPD qualified (preferable)
