Recruitment Advisor - Professional Services

A global leading commercial real estate company are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for attracting and sourcing candidates within specific business areas. As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, attracting and delivering quality selection outcomes

  • Developing a true partnership approach with the business and acting as a recruitment specialist to the stakeholders

  • Ensuring a positive approach to recruitment and requesting constant feedback to help deliver a leading recruitment service

  • Working as part of a team to develop an appropriate recruitment strategy and process

  • Continually support the Recruitment Managers to promote the Talent Acquisition team internally while governing the full recruitment process and policies

  • Promoting the brand to the market as an employer of choice and engaging initiatives to improve brand awareness

  • Ensuring accuracy when managing data across all systems and using the systems effectively to process all information either internally or externally

  • Designing recruitment advertising campaigns

  • Managing candidates through the lifecycle and becoming a trusted advisor

As the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong talent mapping and sourcing skills from multiple channels

  • A proactive approach to recruitment, being an effective communicator and understanding business area's needs

  • Knowledge of recruitment systems

  • Proven experience of managing a recruitment process from start to finish

  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment market

  • Thorough understanding of resourcing and recruitment
