L&D Administrator

My client, a universal financial services business, currently have an L&D Administrator position available to cover a period of maternity. This role will support all L&D day to day activities as well as actions for the senior manager and certification regimes (SMR).

Duties:

  • To assist on all L&D actions for the senior manager and certification regimes (SMR) including the liaison with third party training providers for the training of staff to ensure that such requirements have been met
  • Manage on-site training calendar; training curriculum, lunch n' learns, training events (Learning Days, Children's Day) and Management Academy workshops & masterclasses
  • Manage the overall eLearning course schedule and service - acting as the first point of contact for technical issues and escalate as necessary
  • Provide logistical support to external suppliers before, during and post their delivery onsite
  • Research new training providers for areas require development/workshop
  • Ensure all employee training records are kept up to date
  • Support the mid-year and end-of-year review meetings for all permanent employee population
  • Work with Communications to ensure key messages are delivered and the learning profile is maintained
  • Respond to departmental requests/head office requests for ad-hoc MI
  • Provide eLearning reports
  • Produce and monitor course evaluation reports for each workshop, programme and/or event held
  • Maintain the L&D Intranet with relevant information
  • Draft training (vendor) agreements - liaising directly with vendor prior to onsite delivery
  • Ensure all L&D processes are in place and maintained
  • Ad-hoc project management/support within L&D and HR - planning, organisation and implementation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including solid Excel Skills - ability to manipulate and analyse data is essential
  • Previous L&D experience in a similar role in the past
  • Experience of working in the regulatory training field, financial services is highly desired
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Drive / Delivery focused
  • Self starter
  • Highly organised
