A standalone operational business partner role at a site in South Manchester, supporting a brand new contract.
Ideally looking for a November start.

Reporting to a Lead HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for any and all Change management, trade union relations, TUPE, employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience working autonomously, ideally in a standalone role. Change management, TUPE, employee relations and trade union experience are all essential requirements.
